Hello!

Welcome to Wake Up (Rise & Shine). This is the blog where dull does not compute in the mainframe. Expect something bright and brilliant in every nook and corner you see.

How bright? Let's just say that it's dedicated to the most Brilliant One in the universe. That's like a googleplex of lumens emiting from a thousand suns in the universe. It is, after all, dedicated to the Brightest Dude in the whole known universe (No exaggeration there). In other words, it's safe to say that it's pretty BRIGHT!

But I digress.

This is blog where you can find all the Christian-themed songs that I have written throughout the years. Most songs are written for the church, but not for 'worship sessions' per se. Worship is, after all, not confined within the four walls of the church or through the sole act of congregation singing. You can worship the Lord too with your guitar at hand and alone in your bedroom (or just by helping a blind man to cross the street).

The songs may be directed at the church or at our Awesome Creator, whom we simply call God. (Isn't it amazing how we can sum the immeasurable greatness of our Creator in one word.)

But I am not content. I am convinced that there are more ways to describe the many different qualities of our God; all attributes worthy to be praised and acknowledged. So, this is my feeble attempt.

Anyway, it is my hope that you will be blessed with these songs. And that you'll find the joy in singing (and reading) them as much as I enjoy writing them.

I hope to put up videos and recordings in the nearest future. Til then, do let me know what you think and feel. Feedbacks are most welcomed.
